in her own hands
It started in 2011 when Sprint began campaigning against two-year phone contracts. Briannah didn’t want to be forced to pay insurance, so she picked up a screwdriver and took matters into her own hands.
From there, Briannah’s passion for fixing electronics blossomed. She began repairing technology and providing support for friends and family, and eventually commercial clients and the public. This was the beginning of her own personal brand of technology consultancy.
a new "remote" world
Fast forward to the COVID era. Briannah was a premier technician for Barrister Global in March 2020, the year when commercial fieldwork would help businesses survive our new remote world.
Briannah wanted to learn everything—and she did. From Chromebooks and POS systems to loaner phones, she learned to fix it all and build it all. She could survive this, and she began laying the groundwork for something brilliant…
brilliant repairs
Specializing in consumer electronic repairs and commercial IT support, Briannah founded Brilliant Repairs in August 2022. As a local outlet for B2C and B2B clients, Brilliant Repairs is committed to building local partnerships that will help produce field technician jobs in the Rochester area.
Briannah is also passionate about empowering the next generation of women in technology. Part of her mission is to launch partnerships and scholarships that will help teach young girls about the IT industry.
